The 5 Tibetans

Peter Kelder, author of the book “The 5 Tibetans”, written in the thirties, teaches that the secret of the strength and vitality of the Tibetan Lamas consists in some very effective ritual exercises that are a form of active meditation. They are 5 quite gentle exercises easily performed by anybody at any age, they work!

If you will perform them every day, in thirty days you will see the results and you will feel stronger and more vital.

Every ritual is important, so all of  them have to be performed, it is important to practice them every day, otherwise you will not be able to see the results that they can have on your life and health. What is essential is to breath in a proper way, if you do not breath correctly, the efficacy of the exercises will be affected. When the body is laying on the floor, it is relaxed, so one has to breath in to be able to move, when the body relaxes again, one has to breath out.
