Getting ready for the summer with a new skin

This is the ideal time for a good body scrub, perfect to get rid of dead cells and to leave space to a smooth and healthy skin that will get tanned more easily and in a more homogeneous and lasting way.

With the passing of time skin cells renew themselves more slowly and they accumulate themselves on the surface of our skin making it look dull and dry. A light weekly scrub under the shower will keep your skin looking young and with a vital aspect.

Our SPA-Managerin Giuliana reveals three simple and effective “do it yourself” scrubs recipes:

Purifying body scrub

3 tbs fine organic sea salt

4 tbs organic almond oil

4 drops organic lavender essential oil

Mix all the ingredients together and massage with circular movements on your body avoiding the decolleté and the face, rinse without soap afterwards.

Body scrub for sensitive skin

3 tbs of buckwheat organic flour

4 tbs organic almond oil

3 drops of chamomile organic essential oil

Mix all the ingredients together and massage with circular movements on your body avoiding the decolleté and the face, rinse without soap afterwards.
